Here's a beginner's ordering guide to help you buy your favorite watch quickly and easily.

1. Confirm model and quantity

We haven't updated all models yet because there are too many. If you can't find a photo on the website, you can send it to us via email or WhatsApp.

We can source all models for you in the sales market.

2. Payment method

There are two payment methods, please confirm with us via email or WhatsApp.

Currently, only full payment is supported: we accept Wise, Alipay, Remitly, Western Union, and PayPal payments.

3. Quality control

It usually takes about 3-5 days from order placement to delivery. Customizing a diamond or gold watch usually takes about a week. We will keep you updated on the situation. It can also be replaced with other models.

5. Transportation issues

Normally, we use direct mail from China. Since the customs of each country are different, we will always look for a good shipping agent and a good shipping method to solve this problem. It will be cheaper and not slower.

The customs policies of some countries such as the European Union and South America are very strict. China is known for its knockoffs, which sometimes result in packages from China being opened and potentially confiscated. But don’t worry, we will reschedule the shipment for you free of charge.

If your package is detained by customs in any way, we will arrange a new package for you free of charge.
